This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for Quick Poses iOS application and website. This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by these Apps, except where stated otherwise. It will notify you of the following:

What information we collect:

The iOS app collects minimal data necessary for in-app purchase management through Purchasely (see In-App Purchases section below). The website requires no cookie or any tracking mechanism.

The iOS app accesses its own folder for getting the pose galleries and saving the user sessions results. No other access is used or needed by the app.

Email interaction Contact

We are the sole owners of the information collected by email. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g., to ship an order.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Beta Testing

This type of service makes it possible to manage User access to the iOS application, or parts of it, for the purpose of testing a certain feature or the entire app.

The service provider may automatically collect data related to crashes and statistics related to the User’s use of the iOS app in a personally identifiable form.

TestFlight (Apple Inc.)

TestFlight is a beta testing service provided by Apple Inc.

Personal Data processed: app information; Data communicated while using the service; device information; device logs; email address; first name; last name; Usage Data.

In-App Purchases

This type of service enables the management of in-app purchases for the iOS application.

The service provider processes data necessary for the technical and operational management of purchase transactions. We have explicitly enabled only the essential processing (Processing no.1) and have revoked all other processing options.

Purchasely (Purchasely SAS)

Purchasely is a purchase management service provided by Purchasely SAS.

Important: Quick Poses offers only one-time in-app purchases (no subscriptions). As such, no subscription-related data is collected or processed by Purchasely for this application.

Personal Data processed for essential processing (Processing no.1 only):

  • Device identifiers (device ID): device-specific identifier generated randomly upon first initialization
  • Anonymous identifier: randomly generated identifier for managing anonymous purchases without a user account
  • App store receipts: transaction receipts generated by the mobile app stores
  • Transaction data: purchase history for one-time in-app purchases from mobile app stores
  • Technical information: device model, device name, OS, OS version, language, app version, app store country, smartphone manufacturer
  • Purchase events: transaction events related to one-time purchases

We explicitly revoke all other processing operations offered by Purchasely. No subscription lifecycle data, subscription status, renewal information, or any subscription-related personal data is collected, as the application does not offer subscription services.

The device identifier and anonymous identifier may be stored locally on your device in the application’s internal storage space without any retention limit.

Personal Data retention: Data is retained for the duration of the agreement between Quick Poses and Purchasely, and kept for five additional years as intermediate archiving to maintain proof of rights or obligations. Technical log data (from third-party processors like Datadog and Sentry) are kept for 30 days.

Your Access to and Control Over Information

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address:

  • See what data we have about you, if any.
  • Change/correct any data we have about you.
  • Have us delete any data we have about you.
  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data

Notification of Changes

Changes to the Privacy Policy will be updated on this page. Notification will be on the selling pages off all products should the policy change.

Other Provisions as Required by Law

Numerous other provisions and/or practices may be required as a result of laws, international treaties, or industry practices. It is up to you to determine what additional practices must be followed and/or what additional disclosures are required. Please take special notice of the California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA), which is frequently amended and now includes a disclosure requirement for “Do Not Track” signals.
